Molho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;½ cálice de azeite &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;alho e cebola a gosto &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 tomates sem pele e sem semente bem picados &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 folhas de louro &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 cálice de vinho branco &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 pimentão vermelho e um verde &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;salsa a gosto &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Terceiro Molho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cebola e alho a gosto &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;lulas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;cherne&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 taça de champanhe&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;camarão &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;polvo &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;vieiras &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Diversos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;4 fatias de pão frito em azeite &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;fatias de limão para decorar &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6 camarões fritos para decorar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PREPARAÇÃO:&lt;br /&gt;Preparar o Caldo de Peixe:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cozinhe na água e sal todos os ingredientes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparar o Molho Velouté de Peixe:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aqueça a manteiga, frite nela a farinha. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Quando começar a dourar, junte o caldo de peixe. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Deixe a cozinhar e vá mexendo durante alguns minutos, até engrossar. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Desligue o fogão e junte o creme de leite. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparar o Segundo Molho:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Refogue a cebola e o alho no azeite, quando estiver transparente, juntar o tomate, o louro, o vinho branco e os pimentões. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Deixe refogar bem e passar no liquidificador, peneirar e reservar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparar o Terceiro Molho:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Doure no azeite o alho e a cebola, junte as lulas e o cherne.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Despeje a taça de champanhe e coloque o camarão, o polvo e as vieiras. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Deixe engrossar um pouco e junte os dois primeiros molhos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Montagem Final:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Arrume na Noutra, cozinhar os legumes: cenoura, nabo, abóbora italiana, repolho, tomate e abóbora. Colocar o cuscuz (sêmola de trigo) numa cuscuzeira e cozinhar à vapor até ficar pronto. Regar o cuscuz com o molho de carne e de legumes. A seguir, colocar o cuscuz num prato fundo grande em forma de pirâmide e acrescentar a carne no centro coberto com legumes e grão-de-bico.
